Project Overview: Multi-Building Paint & Protective Coatings Package

This large-scale project included extensive painting, coating, and surface preparation across multiple buildings, hotel levels, stairwells, and external façades. The works were staged to ensure minimal disruption to other construction activities and delivered high-end finishes aligned with architectural standards.

Scope of Works

• Interior Painting Across All Levels

  • Paint applications to PB walls, ceilings, concrete soffits, doors, columns, and timber skirtings across Buildings A, B, C, D, G, LG, and Hotel levels L1–L5.

  • Dual-toned paint finishes on walls and columns (Domino base to 1.4m and white to soffit) to align with design specifications.

  • Decorative finishes in key feature areas such as stairwells, lobbies, and hotel corridors.

• Floor Coatings & Linemarking

  • Application of epoxy coatings (standard and striped) and screeds across basement and lobby levels.

  • Specialist linemarking including arrows, chevrons, accessible bays, motorcycle parking, and pedestrian crossings.

• External Finishes & Protective Coatings

  • Skim coat and paint to slab edges and external brickwork.

  • Textured and skimmed soffits with high-performance coatings.

  • Anti-graffiti coating applied up to 3m height across exposed surfaces for long-term protection.

• Specialty Finishes

  • Safety yellow finishes applied to SHS and steel posts.

  • Installation of vinyl wall coverings to selected areas.

  • Coating of exposed services across commercial building levels.
