Project Overview: QVB Fit-Out & Restoration Works
This project encompassed a detailed scope of internal refurbishment and decorative finish upgrades across multiple zones within the QVB site, including ceiling works, amenity upgrades, and window restoration. The works focused on Tenancy 8.03 and 8.04, delivering high-quality, design-driven finishes with strict adherence to architectural specifications.
Scope of Works
Ceiling Works:
Supply and installation of ceiling finishes including textured and acrylic paint applications.
Ceiling preparation and finishing for curved areas, arches, and above joinery zones.
Wall Finishes:
Application of textured and enamel paints to tenancy walls, doors, joinery, and bathroom doors using brush, roller, and spray techniques.
Decorative wall paint finishes in kitchens, offices, and rendered surfaces.
Wallpaper Installation:
Supply and install wallpaper to bathroom walls in Tenancy 8.03, using high-end vinyl products from James Dunlop Textiles.
Substrate Preparation:
All necessary surface preparation works to ensure long-lasting, high-quality finishes.
General Inclusions:
Sample provision, site protection, rubbish removal, progressive and final cleans.
Repair of any damage caused during works.
Compliance with building rules, architectural and service drawings.
Coordination with site management for resource planning and scheduling.
