Project Overview: Sub Station – Clarence Street

A two-level interior upgrade focused on detailed painting and timber finishing works across Levels 11 and 12 of the Sub Station building. The project included the treatment of walls, ceilings, doors, and bespoke finishes to integrate seamlessly with modern refurbishments.

Scope of Works

Level 11

• Paint to plasterboard perimeter ceiling and main ceiling

• Paint to internal walls

• Paint to doors and frames

• Timber stain to doors and frames for a high-end architectural finish

Level 12

• Paint to plasterboard and perimeter ceilings

• Paint to new partitions, walls, and doors

• Timber stain to selected doors and frames

• Booster cabinet upgrade: ceiling and wall painted in black for functional design integration

• Paint to service cupboard doors

• Timber Staining Works to enhance the appearance of high-traffic entry points

• Functional Coating to booster areas and service cupboards to meet fire and operational standards
