The construction of a hyperscale data center, internally referenced as "RUDATA SYD 56", demanded absolute adherence to rigorous construction and security standards. Hutchinson Builders required a painting subcontractor capable of delivering durable, high-specification finishes across the large-scale industrial facility, including its external precast structure and sensitive internal areas like the data halls, guard house, and offices. The package required robust external protection and precise internal application on specialist surfaces.
