Scope of Works
The painting scope covered extensive preparation and application across multiple surfaces and environments, including but not limited to:
Internal plasterboard walls, ceilings, and partitions.
Exposed concrete soffits and structural elements.
Joinery, metal components, doors, and frames.
External architectural elements where applicable.
Full coordination with the construction program, site safety, and quality expectations.
Surface protection, masking, cleaning, and waste removal.
Delivery and use of all necessary access equipment.
Ongoing defect rectification and compliance with operational standards.
