Project Overview

The Paradise Garden Shopping Village redevelopment at Thornlands requires extensive painting services across multiple levels and areas, including stockrooms, retail floors, basement, and exterior surfaces. The works involve high-quality coatings on walls, ceilings, doors, frames, steel columns, soffits, bulkheads, and cladding, ensuring a durable finish that complements the commercial environment and meets industry standards.

Scope of Works

• Stockroom: Primer application prior to vinyl panel installation, wall painting, and clear stain water sealer on walls

• Level 1 (L1): Painting on walls (including half-height), exhaust risers, doors, frames, and plasterboard ceilings

• Ground Floor (GF): Primer for vinyl walls, wall painting (full height and half height), paint on speed panels, exposed soffits, bulkheads, plasterboard ceilings, timber varnish clear stain, and mall walls excluding prefinished cladding

• GF Selling Area: Painting of steel columns from 1800mm to underside of roof structure

• Exterior: Painting of external cladding and walls

• Basement: Painting on lobby walls, plasterboard ceilings, soffits, and columns with a single color

• Doors and Frames: Painting at various levels as specified
