Griffith Base Hospital – Comprehensive Painting Works
This project involves extensive painting services across multiple hospital zones, including exterior and interior surfaces, structural elements, and specialist coatings. The work supports both aesthetic enhancements and protective finishes, contributing to a safer, more durable, and visually cohesive environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Scope of Work:
Preparation and priming of various surfaces including walls, ceilings, columns, and stairwells.
Application of specialized coatings such as Keim mineral paints and Acratex textured finishes.
Painting of a wide variety of substrates including concrete walls, cladding, soffits, bulkheads, doors, frames, window louvres, and slab edges.
Surface finishing on both new and existing elements, including perforated and flush-set plasterboard ceilings, vinyl panel treatments, and feature walls.
Protective and decorative painting in high-traffic hospital zones such as palliative care terraces, staircases, lift shafts, and multiple levels (LG, L1, L2, GF).
Coordination with vinyl application processes where primer work is required prior to vinyl installation.
Consistent application of coatings on interior and exterior columns, retaining walls, and concrete structures to ensure longevity and compliance with architectural requirements.
