Project Overview

This project involved executing a painting Head Contract with Hutchinson for the five-level data centre facility located in Artarmon. The construction required adherence to rigorous industry standards for critical infrastructure, focusing on durable finishes for a complex, multi-level building envelope and specialised interior technical spaces.

Scope of Works

• Painting of interior core walls, plasterboard ceilings, and columns across all five levels.

• Application of specialized finishes to technical areas, including Data Hall ceilings.

• Durable coating application to external plant platforms and roof decks.

• Finishing of internal and external stairs and stair cores.

• Application of sealers to exposed concrete soffits, likely in high-traffic and service areas.
