Eastwood Public School
Project Overview
This project at Eastwood Public School, managed by Stephen Edwards, involved a comprehensive internal and external painting package. The focus was on delivering high-quality, durable finishes throughout key structural and functional areas of the school, supporting both visual and protective outcomes.
Scope of Works
The scope included painting of internal ceilings, soffits, and stair undersides; solid core doors and door leaves of various sizes; exposed steel lintels and PVC upturns; and extensive surface coverage across window sills, bulkheads, and fibre cement (FC) wall sheeting in wet areas. Key areas such as stairwells, wet zones, and mechanical rooms were treated with specialised coatings, while internal walls in general areas were painted to different heights for aesthetic and functional consistency.
