Project Overview:
Painting By Modern was engaged to complete specialised timber sealing and finishing works at Barker College’s new Maths and Student Hub. The project focused on preserving and enhancing the visual quality of exposed Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) structures.

Scope of Works:
Works included the application of two-coat sealers to CLT soffits on Levels 2 and 3, and a second coat to internal columns and beams for a consistent, durable finish. External CLT columns and beams received a protective single-coat treatment to maintain natural aesthetics and ensure long-term resilience.
