Scope of Works
Galleries 2 & 3 – Internal Works
General surface preparation and multiple coats of finish throughout the galleries.
Lacquer applied to existing timber flooring for a polished and durable result.
Render repair and patching, followed by paint application to all upstands and feature surfaces.
Façade and Hard-to-Reach Access Areas
Paint application to external façade via swing stage access.
Abseiling works to areas inaccessible by swing stage, ensuring complete façade coverage.
Full provision, supply, and hire of swing stages and hoarding systems to manage logistics and safety onsite.
Special Features
Specialist Access Solutions using swing stages and abseiling, demonstrating agility in working with heritage and high-risk zones.
Detailed Lacquer Application to heritage timber elements requiring premium finish and protection.
