Modern Painting Group completed extensive painting works at Ashford Residences, delivering high-quality interior finishes across multiple buildings (T3A, T3B, T4A, and T4B). The project encompassed painting on core walls, internal and perimeter walls, ceilings, doors, frames, and skirtings on both ground and first floors.

Scope of Works

• Painting of core walls, internal walls, perimeter walls, plasterboard ceilings, doors and frames, and skirtings across ground floor and level 1 in Towers 3A, 3B, 4A, and 4B

• Surface preparation and finishing ensuring durability and aesthetic consistency
